About Us

Vision

A New York City where every resident has the tools to navigate life's challenges, strengthening the fabric of our entire community.

Mission

To deploy a first-of-its-kind emotional support system across NYC, proven to reduce crisis dependency and build the everyday resilience that keeps our communities safe, healthy, and productive.

Values

Sacred Trust

We believe your healing should be completely private. That's why you can use Good Friend 100% anonymously. No sign-up, no tracking, no footprints.

For those who choose to create an account and become a community member for a personalized journey, we protect your data with unwavering rigor because trust isn't a feature—it's our foundation. Your safe space is built on the highest standards of privacy and ethics, whether you're here as a guest or a member of our community.

Unshakeable Trust in People

We partner with and empower mission-driven adults, then give them the autonomy to act like it. We believe that the best ideas and deepest commitment come from giving people the space to own their work, make decisions, and bring their whole selves to our mission. This internal trust is how we build a tool that truly trusts its users to navigate their own path.
